There is absolutely no relation whatsoever to what you said. "Black Eagle" isn't a second name and not ALL tanks are named after people. I'm refering to the use of the word EAGLE, for a LAND vehicle.

There is no official reason for the naming of this tank, we can only pressume it's because of the way it looks. If you Google, just 'Black Eagle', as in the mammal, you will notice the familiarities straight away. It's a bird of prey, it's big, strong and most importantly, dark black.
