What would you serve with meatball bombers for dinner?

I'm making meatball bombers (subs) for dinner and I want to serve something with them, but other than a salad or chips I can't come up with anything. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Oven Fried Potatoes

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 large baking potatoes, cut into wedges
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl combine oil and lemon juice. Dip potatoes in oil/lemon mixture and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn wedges over. Return to oven and continue cooking until crisp and brown on both sides, about 10 minutes more.

Vegetable Slaw

3 cups shredded cabbage
5 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 cup fresh broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
1 cup cauliflowerets, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a bowl, combine the cabbage, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and onion. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. pour over cabbage mixture; toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
