Try looking for a poultry farm for the turkey eggs, and if not they may be able to direct you to somewhere you can get them.
Swan eggs you may have more trouble finding depending on whether they are protected by law where you are. Dove and Parrot eggs you will find it nearly impossible to find due to their requirements as chicks and how difficult they are to handrear. If you are after these birds your best bet would be the buy the actual birds rather than trying to get the eggs.
