Is it safe to put vaseline in the nose?
I get a stuffy nose when I sleep and find that putting Vaseline in each nostril with a cotton swab helps a lot. I was just wondering if this is safe?
yes, I often recommend to patients with a bleeding nose. Just do it gently, even a q-tip lubrication can sometimes scrape the inside of your nose.
